By connecting to the Sector 5 server, joining the Sector 5 Discord, or purchasing any item or service, you agree to these terms. Sector 5 is a private FiveM roleplay community and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the FiveM team.

Eligibility

• You must be 16 or older to play. Some content channels may require 18+.
• You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V on PC.
• You must not be banned or under investigation from FiveM, Rockstar, or Sector 5 itself.

In-Game Conduct

• You agree to follow the rules listed on this site and in the Discord ruleset.
• Cheating, exploiting, modding for unfair advantage, or interfering with other players' RP results in removal.
• Harassment, doxxing, real-world threats, racism, and any form of bigotry are zero-tolerance.

Purchases & Refunds

• All purchases — engines, weapon packs, vehicle tunes, custom imports, MLOs — are digital goods delivered in-game.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued except where required by law.
• Chargebacks result in a permanent ban from the server and Discord. No appeal.
• Custom import turnaround is typically 24–72 hours. Larger projects may take up to 2 weeks.
• Sector 5 reserves the right to refuse any custom import request without obligation to refund time spent in review.

Account Suspension & Termination

• Staff may suspend or ban any account that violates the rules or these terms.
• Appeals are accepted via the #appeals process in Discord.
• Bans for chargebacks, cheating, or real-world threats are not appealable.

Content & Ownership

• Custom MLOs, vehicle models, weapon textures, and other assets remain the property of their original creators.
• Streaming and content creation are encouraged — see the Creator Program section.
• You retain rights to your character, story, and clips. Sector 5 may feature publicly shared clips on our site or socials.

Liability

Sector 5 is provided "as is." The community, staff, and ownership accept no liability for downtime, loss of in-game progress, or third-party platform changes (FiveM, Discord, Cash App, Zelle, etc.).

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted in the #announcements channel. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Sector 5 collects the minimum data needed to run the server, Discord, and store. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

What We Collect

• FiveM identifiers: Steam, Discord, Rockstar, and license IDs — used to authenticate players, store character data, and enforce bans.
• In-game data: character names, inventory, vehicles, businesses, position logs — used for gameplay, anti-cheat, and dispute resolution.
• Discord profile: username, ID, server roles — used for whitelist, ticketing, and creator program.
• Purchase info: Cash App / Zelle handle or screenshot of payment, item ordered, ticket transcript — used for order fulfillment and chargeback protection.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not store full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or government IDs.
• We do not run third-party analytics or trackers on this website beyond standard Netlify hosting logs.

How We Use Your Data

• Authenticating you to the server.
• Delivering your purchases and tracking order tickets.
• Enforcing rules, investigating reports, and processing appeals.
• Communicating server announcements via Discord.

Data Sharing

We share data only where required to operate the service: with Discord (their platform terms apply), with FiveM (their platform terms apply), and with payment processors during a chargeback dispute. We never sell user data.

Retention

• Active character data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Ticket transcripts are kept for at least 12 months for dispute and audit purposes.
• Banned accounts retain identifier records to enforce the ban.

Your Rights

Open a ticket in Discord and ask. You may request a copy of your data, request deletion, or close your account. Some records (ban evidence, payment dispute logs) we may be obligated to keep regardless.
